Community
Support for Powhatan and surrounding communities of Henrico, Chesterfield and Richmond is the cornerstone of Aerations Plus, and a portion of every dollar made goes to support others in the community. Owner Bobby Fulcher believes his purpose and the purpose of his company is to help others.
Since relocating to Powhatan in 2006, Bobby and his wife, Brenda, have supported numerous local organizations. Additionally, they’ve gone on mission trips to Guatemala, Haiti and elsewhere.
Backpacks of Love: Inspired by a program that provided weekend food for needy school children, Bobby got involved with the local school system and took the program one step further, founding Backpacks of Love for the 2010-2011 school year. The program identifies children in need and provides them with food for the weekends. Backpacks of Love currently serves Powhatan, Cumberland, Buckingham, Amelia, Goochland, Henrico and Chesterfield Counties.
Bobby donates a portion of Aerations Plus shop to house the food for the program.
